Intriguing India Warms Winter Gathering of the TCC Charter Chapter in Beverly Hills
More than 65 TCC members and guests gathered for the Charter Chapter’s Annual International Holiday Lunch at Lawry’s The Prime Rib in Beverly Hills, California, amidst festive decorations and newly-remodeled surroundings.
Diana and Dennis Trombley shared many adventures in their presentation, “Intriguing India,” with travels throughout the country including the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, Jaipur, Udaipur, Agra (Taj Mahal), Mumbai, Aurangabad (the Ellora and Aganta caves), the Kerala area, ceremonies of the Brahma priests on the Ganges in Varanasi and finally Delhi.
President JoAnn Schwartz presented pins and certificates to members achieving new destination levels, including Erika Fernbach upon the achievement of visiting her 250th country/territory, Peter and Linda Schlesinger for their 200-country accomplishments as well as Wanda Ross who has reached 150 destinations.
Five new Full Members and two Provisional Members were also welcomed into the club.
