Thirty-three Northern California members and guests gathered at Trader Vics on Saturday, Dec. 4, for the annual holiday luncheon. The chapter welcomed new members Jason Wang and Amy Sinclair.
Everyone enjoyed the travel ambiance of Trader Vic’s and especially the presentation by member Nick Bowles and his cousin Maria Chapman who shared their experiences in staying at the ice hotel in Quebec. Maria gave a delightful demonstration of the layers of clothing and other extensive prep work needed to settle in for a night at the ice hotel.
The next chapter lunch will be held at the Basque Cultural Center in South San Francisco on Saturday, March 5.
